Editorial policy

Independence. Rankings and scores are decided by the method on our How we check page. Clinics cannot buy a position, a score or a review.

Sponsored placements. Some widgets are labelled “Sponsored.” A clinic may pay to appear in that widget. Order inside the widget still follows our score.

Accuracy and corrections. Every price and policy is dated. If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction at the bottom of the page. Report errors to hello@telehealthchecked.com.

Medical information. Pages that discuss medication, dosing or side effects are written from FDA, manufacturer and published-trial sources, which we link on each page. We are not clinicians and do not give medical advice.

Reader reviews. We publish reader-submitted reviews, including negative ones, edited only for length and to remove health details. We do not pay for reviews and do not remove a review because a clinic asks.

AI use. We use AI tools to help draft and check content. Every page is edited and fact-checked by a person before it goes live.
